How to reach us
Email hello@reykjaviknorthernlightstours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled, or you saw nothing
A refund, a new date or a free retry is the operator’s to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour listed here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead.
Ask for the retry in writing, the day after the night that failed, and give the date and the name on the booking. Retries depend on free seats, so the sooner you ask, the more nights you have to choose from.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Pickup times move, retry terms change and fares go on promotion, and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

The northern lights exhibition
Perlan, Öskjuhlíð, 105 Reykjavík, Iceland. Telephone +354 566 9000. Open 9:00 to 21:00. Perlan stands on the wooded hill of Öskjuhlíð and shows Áróra, an 8K northern lights planetarium film, indoors whatever the sky is doing.
The forecast
The Icelandic Met Office publishes the cloud map and the aurora activity forecast, the same two things every operator reads before deciding whether a hunt runs.
